meletopssss!!!!

ape nya meletopsss...... harus lah meletops kan....bila berjaya memasak...hahaha...yer aku memasak....tp last week la resepi nie.....ingat nak update last week...tp selalu lupa nak transfer gambar....maklumlah tangkap gambar pakai hp kan...so nak carik wayar nak sambung pon malas....lagipun aryan selalu dok kaco...malas aku...kang dok tengah2 menaip dtg plak dia....haaaaa terbang lah idea aku.....ces bedebah betul dah byk aku taip terdelete plak.....dah hilang plak apa aku taip tadi...ooiiih nie yg buat aku malas nie nak guna lappy nie..... jahanam!!! dah hilang plak aku nyer idea...ahh malas nak pk apa dia yg aku tulih tadik....



actually aku masak nie sbb resepi dia senang giler.... aku belajar nie dr cikgu aku....cikgu ERT private aku....hehehe cikgu Sarah (bini member aku)...so dia ajar aku masak Salmon with creamy garlic herb sauce .....hua hua hua...nama mmg gempak tp nak buat dia kejap giler....resepi pon simple saja......sebelum aku bagi resepi dia...mesti kene usha dulu gambar dia...tgk terliur ke tak....kalo terliur bleh try sendiri...kalo tak terliur then tak yah la buat...bukan aku paksa pon....hehhee...tp nie kalo celebrate birthday ka...anniversary ka....best gak nih try resepi nie....aku buat sekali butter rice...senang jer cara nya.....






haaaaaa amacam terliur tak?? hehehe....so kalo nk try...senang jer resepi nyer.....Sarah aku share resepi hang kat sini....

For salmon marinate:
Sprinkle of salt and pepper on both side of the fish. You also may sprinkle mix herb...but not too much....on medium heat and little bit of butter, then pan fry the salmon...most likely about 4 minutes on each side..im strictly follow pan fry it for 4 mins on each side....lebih kurang cam gambar kat bawah nie......


then place the salmon on the plate, cover fully with aluminium foil  for about 10 minutes before serving....


For creamy garlic herb sauce:
1 clove garlic - chopped finely
1 tbsp flour (ini korang agak2 la sbb kalo byk sgt tepung nnt dia jadik pekat)
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp dried mix herb (ini pon kene agak2 gak)
3/4 cup fresh milk - kalau ada cooking cream lg sedap...tp takder cooking cream so kita pakai ja fresh milk...baper byk nak taruk susu nie pon depend gak baper byk korang nak pakai...kalo nak sauce thicker less milk/cream.

How to:
Heat up pan on low heat. Pour oil n butter. Saute the garlic. Put in the flour. Once the flour dissolved, add mix herb and fresh milk... Whisk until the mixture started to bubble at the edges...then salt n pepper to taste.....


aku buat nie dia jadik thick sikit sbb terlebih tepung...hehhehe....dah tambah susu pon dah tak dapek nak jalan...so cam nie lah kita hidang yer......



all the side dishes tu really up to uols lah ye nak taruk apa....aku taruk french bean n potato n butter rice... nak buat butter rice pon senang jer... tuk butter rice: tumis bawang besar, kulit kayu manis, bunga lawang dan bunga cengkih dengan 3 tbsp minyak masak n 3 tbsp butter (nie adalah untuk anggaran beras 3 cawan yg dia kasik kalo korang beli rice cooker baru)...haaaa ikut cawan tue lah...masak smpi bawang tue layu sedikit, then masukkan lam beras...then masukkan garam dan seketul chicken stock....kacau skit then masak cam masak nasi biasa lah.... butter kalo guna salted mesti jaga garam yg nak ditambah...kalo guna butter biasa tue takpe.....



so lepas semua dah settle....hidanglah....then taruk lah cream sauce kauorg tue...then bleh mkn dgn gembira nyer ngan laki memasing....hahahha...laki aku mmg surprise bila aku hidang nie kat dia...dia tak sangka aku masak ini macam nye canggih...hahahah...padahal senang saja pon nak buat dia......






hehehehe...yg ini adalah dinner semlm....camne nak buat??? nnt aku bgtau....skang nih tgh tunggu org dtg servis ekon umah aku... dah panas sbb gas dah habih kot rasa nya....so....selamat menjamu selera....
